You are invited to join the San Diego County Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous for a weekend of recovery

This is an abstinent retreat. All meals are provided, from Friday dinner at 6:00 PM through Sunday breakfast at 8:00 AM and include vegetarian options.

Refrigerator and microwave accessible for your special food.

Service: If you would like to lead a workshop, yoga, meditation, or hike please sign up at registration check-in.

What else to bring: Lawn chair, swim suit, flashlight, coffee mug, writing materials, a positive attitude and a desire to strengthen your commitment to yourself. Contact Karla for special needs requests, please leave valuables at home. Camp is smoke-free.

Do not arrive before 4:00PM; rooms are not ready until 4:30PM.

Retreat Liaison [ Attend monthly Intergroup/Board meetings; communicate between retreat committee and San Diego County Intergroup; award scholarships; set up retreat speakers. ]

IT Technical Person [ Provide technical assistance such as recording speakers and supplying recordings; create flyers and disseminate information. ]
